Our colleague and co-operation partner Ernst Scharr is an experienced lawyer and mediator. In addition to his work as a lawyer specialising in inheritance law, he has specialised in mediation and has completed specialist training as a mediator.
His decades-long personal relationship with Spain has also led him to develop professional activities related to this country and to familiarise himself with Spanish areas of law, based on his legal traineeship in Barcelona and Ibiza.
Mr Scharr has been working as a lawyer for clients based in Germany and Spain for many years, mainly in Catalonia and the Balearic Islands. From here, he also works together with our Spanish colleague Dr Jacinto Soler. In addition to inheritance law, he also specialises in family and real estate law.
In Germany, Mr Scharr is based in the metropolitan region of Nuremberg. In addition to two state examinations in law, Mr Scharr has also successfully completed a degree in law at a university of applied sciences.
For our cooperation, Mr Scharr is responsible for the Tarragona region and the Balearic Islands. He has been associated with the region of Catalonia since his earliest youth. He loves the language, landscape and culture and appreciates the local cuisine with its fantastic specialities.
