Dr. jur. Rolf Landskron LL.M. (BU)

Following his state examinations in 2000 and 2003, lawyer Dr. Rolf Landskron was awarded a doctorate in law in 2005. doctorate. Dr. Landskron also holds a “Master of Laws (LL.M.)” from the renowned Bond University in Australia. He had previously been awarded the degree “Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt (FH)”.

Dr. Landskron has been admitted to the bar since 2007, first briefly in North Rhine-Westphalia and then in Munich since 2009.

Initially, Dr. Landskron was able to gain in-depth experience in both public law and criminal law. For many years, he has focused on civil law due to various professional positions. His civil law expertise covers all areas of commercial law, in particular trade law and company law. Dr. Landskron also deals with the overlaps with public law.

Dr. Landskron’s main areas of interest are real estate and inheritance law, in particular inheritance law arrangements involving real estate assets. In cooperation with our specialized tax advisors, cost-optimized arrangements are possible.
